Orders are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and seasonal demand.

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.

Empire Spa is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or incorrect information provided by customers.

Customers must report missing or lost packages within seven (7) days of the expected delivery date.
