RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Empire Spa Return & Refund Policy

At Empire Spa, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
Unopened and unused products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered skincare, cosmetic, wellness, and personal care products cannot be returned or refunded.

Professional Equipment
Professional devices, beauty equipment, EMS devices, RF devices, LED devices, HIFU devices, and similar equipment are considered final sale and are not eligible for return once delivered unless damaged during shipping.

Services and Treatment Packages
Services already rendered are non-refundable. Unused service packages may be reviewed for cancellation requests within three (3) days of purchase.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

Empire Spa reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
